"Let's Be Frank"
With much disappointment , we
only had 2 people enter the 2004 contest. Usually entrees are 15 to as high as
50 for each contest that we host. I am hoping this was a
fluke because making your own costume is sooooooooooo AWESOME.
Anyway, here is the photo of the 2 girls who
entered. They made similar 1800's gowns and did a
FANTASTIC JOB. They each received a special ribbon for their
accomplishment.
